You Made My Day

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!  I have a super fun card to share with you today that looks like I spent a lot of time on, but it's actually super easy.  Here it is:

For this card, I did a lot of sponging.  My stamping panel of paper is actually Whisper White cardstock.  It's cut at 3 3/4" by 5".  I first sponged the entire panel in So Saffron ink.  I then sponged the bottom (about an inch and a half or so) with Old Olive ink.  I then sponged around the top portion in Blushing Bride, and then around the edges in Rose Red ink.  I then just stamped the leaves and flowers using the gorgeous Summer Silhouettes stamp set from Stampin Up.  I added some white marks on the leaves with my white gel pen and added some rhinestones.  The sentiment is from the A Dozen Thoughts stamp set.  I used the banner punch to cut it out.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today, thanks so much as always for stopping by.  I will link below all the products I used to make this card.  Have a wonderful day!

Rawr!

Hi everyone and Happy Thursday! I'm SO excited, I got all of my holiday catalog preorder goodies so I'm going to put a video together for you guys tonight to show you all the goodies you can soon order! Let me tell you, I love everything Stampin' Up! does, but this new holiday catalog is my absolute favorite! If you'd like a catalog (either the annual catalog or the holiday catalog), click on the "contact me" tab above and send me an email and I'm happy to maile that out for you. Okay, onto my card for today :) :

Last week I posted another card using this No Bones About It adorable Stampin' Up set.  With that card, I kept it kind of masculine so it could make a good "boy's" card.  I wanted to show you though how versatile Stampin' Up stamps are.  So for today's card, I used the same set and created a pink dinosaur :)  The leaves also come from the same set and I did some sponging around the image panel as well.  Everything you need to create this card is available from Stampin' Up! and I have linked all the supplies below.  Thanks so much as always for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!

Friendship is a Sheltering Tree

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! :)  I have a new card to share today so I'll get right to it:

I think the Sheltering Tree stamp set is one of my all time favorites.  I have 5 different projects on my desk right now in various stages of completion using this stamp set :)  It's just so versatile, there's so much you can do with it.  For today's card, I used the thumping technique to get the mutlicolored look to my tree.  It's super simple, I first inked the "leaves" in Pink Pirouette ink, then I took a Rose Red Stampin' Write Marker and just thumped it on the inked leaves, right on top of the Pink Pirouette.  I then huffed my breath on it to reignite the ink, then stamped it down.  That's what gives the mutlicolored look :)  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thank you so much as always for stopping by.  You can get everything needed to create this card by using the links below.

Monday, August 10, 2015

Hi everyone and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I'm in LOVE with the "You've Got This" stamp set. Here's my card:

I used a couple different techniques with this card.  First, I stamped the card in Versamark Ink and sprinkled white embossing powder over it to emboss it.  Next, I watercolored the image using my ink pads and blender pen (just squeeze lightly in the middle of the pad, then open it up and your ink is in your lid, you use that for your pallet and then dip your blender pen into the ink).  I then cut the flower out. Next, I created my card using SU cardstock and DP (links below to all the colors I used).  I stamped the background stamp from the stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black (I stamped off, then stamped onto the cardstock).  I then adhered the flower to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.  I then stamped my sentiment and also added three gorgeous rhinestones to finish it off.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today, thanks so much as always for stopping by.  Everything I used to create this card can be found in my Stampin' Up! store.  Links to each item can be found below.

Celebrate

Hi everyone and happy Friday!  It's been quite the week here so I'm SO glad the weekend is here :)  I have a very simple, but elegant card to share with you today.  I just love this gorgeous Definitely Dahlia background stamp.  I stamped it with Blushing Bride ink onto Whsiper White cardstock.  I added this beautiful Sahara Sand lace ribbon and a bow (I love the tear tape, it holds bows beautifully).  I also used the fun "Celebrate" from the Natural Elements collection.  I inked it with Sahara Sand ink to give it a little color and then ahered it with the multipurpose liquid glue (it holds heavy accents perfectly and you only need a little bit).  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  All products that were used to make this card are linked below.  Have a wonderful day!

Have a Dino-rrific Birthday!

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!  Hope your week is going well.  I have a super cute card to share with you today using the adorable No Bones About It stamp set from Stampin' Up!

How cute is this little dinosaur?!?!  I just love this set, it's so much fun to play with.  I stamped the solid image in Bermuda Bay ink and then stamped the bones in Memento Black.  I created a 4 1/2" by 4 1/2" square card and I used the adorable paper from A Cherry On Top 6 x 6 paper stack for my design paper.  Too cute!  All of the supplies I used to make this card is listed below.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Just Because

Hi everyone and Happy Sunday! :)  I hope you are all having a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend.  I have another fun card to share with you today.  Remember, everything you see on this blog you can find all the ingredients you need to make every project from my Stampin' Up! store!

I wanted to create a fun, colorful card and this is what I came up with.  I stamped the flower twice, punched it out, then punched out the scalloped circle in the middle, then added a button.  I also put lots of dimensionals in between so the flower really pops.  I used Gorgeous Grunge as the background (this is a must have stamp set, I LOVE it!).  I kept the rest of the design quite simple because I really wanted the flower to pop.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much as always for stopping by.  I have links to all the products I used to create this card below, these links will take you directly to my store if you're interested.  Thanks so much!
