Thankful, Grateful, Blessed - A Different Take on New Stampin' Up Goodies
Hi everyone and Happy Friday!!! I'm sorry it's been so long since I last posted. A lot has been going on here. After seven years as a prosecuting attorney, I decided I needed a change. It was such a rewarding job and I loved every minute of it, but as I was one day at the office looking at yet another autopsy report and autopsy photographs of a murdered child, I decided enough was enough. I just, for my own emotional well being, couldn't do it anymore. So, I got a new job in Charleston, WV, about a five hour drive from where we were currently living. So, in the last few weeks, we found a new place to live, moved, and I started a new job, all with a 4 month old, a 4 year old, and two cats and a husband! :) It's been crazy busy, but everything is great and I finally had some time to make a card.
I have a new card to share with you today using some brand new products from the Stampin' Up Holiday Catalog. I'm in love with the new Paisleys and Posies bundle in the new holiday catalog. There are so many different ways to use this set. The versatility means you can use this set all year long, not just during the holidays. Todays' card uses the emboss resist technique and some beautiful new in colors. Here's my card:
To create this card, I first stamped the images with versamark ink and stamped them all over a piece of whisper white cardstock. I then sprinkled clear stampin' emboss powder all over the panel and set it with my heat gun. Then, I got out my sponges and my Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo, and Sweet Sugarplum ink pads and went to town sponging. I love this technique! To finish it off, I added some gold glimmer paper, some gold embossing powder to the sentiment, and some gold metallic thread. I also used some gold sequins. What do you think? Well, that's it from me today. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day and weekend!

Blessed - New Stampin' Up! Goodies!!!
Hi everyone! I have a super cute card to share with you today. This card uses a little bit of everything :) The "pumpkin" is made using the Thougthful Branches coordinating die set, Beautiful Branches. It's the top of the tree! :) I flipped it over, did some sponging using Tangerine Tango and Crumb Cake ink. Then I stamped the tree from the Thoughtful Branches stamp set, then cut out the trunk and used it for the top of the pumpkin. The adorable scarecrow is from a brand new set from the Holiday Catalog. It coordinates with the cookie cutter punch. I watercolored him with watercolor paper, aquapainters, and Stampin' Up ink. The sentiment comes from the new Paisley stamp set. I also uses some new copper foil paper and copper metallic thread. I also used Timeless Textures for the background. Here it is:
I just love, love, love this adorable card! I also made a little tag using the Stampin' Up! tag punch topper and tied a bow with the new kraft rope from the new holdiay catalog. What do you think?
Well, that's it from me today. I'll link below all the items I used to create this card. Thanks so much for stopping by!

I stamped the flower in Flirty Flamingo ink and cut it out with the Beautiful Branches Thinlits. The stem was cut out with gold foil paper. I used the triple banner punch for the sentiment panel. The DP is from the new In Color designer series paper pack (it's Peekaboo Peach). What do you think?

Your Kindness Makes a Difference - More of Stampin' Up!'s Thoughtful Branches Bundle
Hi everyone! I just cannot stop using Stampin' Up!'s new Thoughtful Branches bundle. I love this stamp set and the coordinating dies. There are so many possibilities. Here's today's card:
To create the mutlicolors on the leaves I cut out with the dies, I just colored on the stamp with my Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango, and Real Red Stampin' Write Markers. I used Timeless Texture for the dots. I also heat embossed the sentiment in gold. The gold leaves are also from the die set, it's the stem, and I just cut the leaves out. What do you think?
Well, that's it from me today. Have a wonderful day and thanks so much as always for stopping by. I'll link below all the products I used to create this card.

Thankful for You - Stampin' Up!'s Sheltering Tree Stamp Set
Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a fabulous day. I have a super simple, but pretty card to share with you today. One of the many amazing things about being on my Stampin' Up! team is that every month, we participate in a card swap. This is my card for this month's swap. Stampin' Up makes me feel like an artist. This card was so easy to make and reproduce (I had to make 19 of these!) and the result is so beautiful. It looks like I spent a long time on it when I really only spent about 5 minutes on each card. Love it!
I hope you enjoyed today's card! For the swoosh under the tree, I used Tangerine Tango, stamped off once. For the tree, I used Early Espresso. The tree bush is Tangerine Tango and Cherry Cobbler. The sentiment is also Cherry Cobbler. The rake is Basic Black. What do you think?
Well, that's it from me today. Thank you all so much for stopping by. Huge hugs!

Video Tutorial - How to Create a Super Simple Card Using Stampin' Up!'s Love and Affection Stamp Set
Hi everyone! :) I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Sometimes we all need a super simple card that only takes us a few minutes to make. I decided to take out Stampin' Up!'s Love and Affection stamp set and put together a super simple but really easy card. I know how busy life is. I have a full time job as a prosecuting attorney, a husband, and a three year old and a two month old, so my plate is full. Sometimes I don't have time to create a masterpiece in the craft room. Stampin' Up! makes it so easy to create super simple cards that still are "wow" cards. I created a video tutorial to explain how easy today's card was to create. Here's the card:

Another Sneak Peek of Stampin' Up!'s Thoughtful Branches Stamp Set
Hi everyone and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Don't forget, Stampin' Up!'s Thoughtful Branches stamp set and coordinating Beautiful Branches die set are available for a limited time starting tomorrow, August 2nd. Also, don't forget, I'm offering a class on this bundle. I'm leaving the class open for registration until midnight EST tonight. You will LOVE this class, see below for my post and video regarding this class! Here's today's card using this bundle:
I just LOVE this bundle! You can create images for all seasons. For this card, I stamped the top of the tree in Pumpkin Pie. Then, I used the "thumping technique" and took my Cherry Cobbler marker and thumped it onto the inked up image. That created the mutli-color look to the tree. I then cut it out with the coordinating framelits. I also cut out the top of the tree with gold glimmer paper and Cherry Cobbler cardstock and layered them together with dimensionals. That really makes the top of the tree pop! :) I also added some rhinestones to the tree. The base of the tree was cut out using the framelits. I embossed the bottom underneath the tree with gold embossing powder and did the same for the sentiment. I used the banner triple punch to create the flag shape. I then crated the square card using Very Vanilla cardstock, gold glimmer paper, and Early Espresso cardstock. This would make a lovely fall or Thanksgiving card. What do you think?
Well, that's it from me today. Thanks so much as always for stopping by. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you back here tomorrow :)

Stampin' Up!'s Pop of Paradise
Hi everyone and Happy Tuesday! I have a super fun and super shiny card to share with you today :)
For this card, I did a lot of "fussy cutting" :) I stamped the flamingo in Flirty Flamingo ink (very fitting :) ), then cut it out. I used my Big Shot and the Lots of Labels framelits and layered gold foil, flirty flamingo, and gold glimmer papers. I then stamped the leaves in Wild Wasabi and Pear Pizzazz. I embossed the Thank You with gold embossing powder. The DSP is from the In Color designer series paper. I popped everything up with dimensionals and then wound some gold metallic thread around everything for an added touch. I also added some gold stars from the metallic enamel shapes collection. What do you think?
Well, that's it from me today. Thanks so much as always for stopping by. I'll link below all the items I used to make this great card. If you don't have a demonstrator already, I'd love your business! Huge hugs!

Another Sneek Peek - Stampin' Up!'s Thoughtful Branches
Hi everyone and happy Thursday! One more day and then the weekend is here! I'm so looking forward to the weekend, I've been promised a lot of crafty time so I'm looking forward to it :) Today, I have another card to share using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set from Stampin' Up! One of the many awesome things about being a demonstrator is that we get to preorder amazing product. I preordered this amazing bundle and I simply cannot leave it alone. It's gorgeous and so easy and fun to work with. Here's todays' card:
One of the awesome things about this stamp set is its versatility. If you look at some of my earlier posts, I created a tree. Today, I created a beautiful hydrangea. I stamped the flower in Sweet Sugarplum ink onto Sweet Sugarplum cardstock and then cut it out with the coordinating die. I cut the flower part out again in Rich Razzleberry to put behind it. I then cut the stem out using the die. I ran some silver foil paper through the Big Shot with the brick wall embossing folder and then used some cardstock and DSP from the Brights collection. I embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and put some silver metallic thread behind it for a special touch. Finally, I added some pearls to the flower. What do you think?
Here is the full stamp set and coordinating die set:
These will be available to order on August 2nd. Thanks so much as always for stopping by! Have a wonderful day.
